In October, haunted tours are returning to the Ross Library.
Sponsored by LHPS, paranormal investigator Lou Bernard will give tours of Lock Haven, detailing some of the haunting and scary stories in the community. The tours will be $5 per person, and money will be donated to benefit the Ross Library.
Tours will be held at 7 PM October 20, 7 and 11 PM October 21 and 22, 7 PM October 27, and 7 and 11 PM October 28 and 29. Each tour takes about an hour.
Participants are encouraged to bring a flashlight for safety. Smoking on the tours is prohibited.
