The Ross Library is hosting free yoga classes on 3 Saturdays during the month of March!
Cathy Peddie will be instructing and currently holds her 200 Hour Certification and teaches at the YMCA, Be One Healthy Fitness and at Luna Ha Yoga.
These will be gentle Hatha Yoga classes and will focus on breathing and slow-flow stretches set to musical playlists with a smooth, upbeat vibe. These classes are open to all levels from beginner to the experienced yogi. Yoga is for every body and all abilities. Participants should bring a yoga mat or large towel, water and maybe even a small pillow for our meditative savasana rest at the end of class.
