Paranormal investigator Lou Bernard of LHPS will give haunted tours of Lock Haven!
Tours are $5 per person to benefit the Ross Library. Each tour takes about an hour. Participants are encouraged to bring a flashlight for safety. Tours begin at the Ross Library.
