Meeting Room Rentals
Ross Library offers several meeting and event spaces available for public use. All meeting rooms are fully accessible by elevator.
To reserve a room, please complete the Application For Use of Library Facilities and return it, along with your setup instructions and proof of insurance, to the library.

Fee Waivers for Nonprofits
Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations may apply for a fee waiver using the form available here.
Edythe Hoy Bossert Gallery
The Edythe Hoy Bossert Gallery is open to individuals and organizations interested in exhibiting artwork or presenting public displays. Exhibits are scheduled one month at a time and must be booked in advance through the Ross Library.

Rebecca F. Gross Community Room
This spacious community room is open to all residents and organizations in Clinton County.

Sloan Meeting Room
Located on the second floor of the original building, this meeting space comfortably seats 10–15 people—ideal for small group discussions or committee meetings.
Gould Youth Room
Located on the second floor off the Children’s Library, the Gould Youth Room is designed for youth programs and activities.
